Mixed charcuterie platter from the award-winning Corndale farm in Limavady.

(On occasions we may use charcuterie from Ispini, another award winning local producer). 


This charcuterie platter is the perfect companion to any cheese board. The mixed platter includes a selection of award-winning salami’s, chorizos, and whole muscle products. The whole muscle products include Lomo, Coppa & Bresaola and comes pre sliced for your convenience. The product is gluten, wheat and dairy free.

The award-winning Corndale farm, have adopted the “Field to Fork” approach. All the pigs are born on the farm and live a long life outdoors doing what pigs love to do. Corndale farm understands how important it is for customers to know where their products come from, that is why all the products are produced from the meat reared on the farm, so you know exactly what you are getting.
