Where are you located?
We are in Randalstown, Co. Antrim.
We operate currently as an online business.
Where do your products come from?
We supply products from Northern Ireland Artisans only. If the product cannot be produced in Northern Ireland, we will use a Northern Ireland company to supply it.
For example, Coffee, we use a Northern Ireland company that roasts and grinds coffee to supply us.
How do you ship your products?
We offer two delivery options.

Local NI Delivery
If you are situated in the Belfast, Dundonald, Holywood, Lisburn, Antrim, Randalstown, Magherafelt, Portglenone and Ballymena areas we will deliver your order on Fridays between 12 noon and 5pm. Fresh produce orders including cheeses, breads and hummus must be received by 5pm on Tuesday evenings prior to the Friday. All ambient orders however can be placed up to 7pm on Thursday and we will deliver on the Friday. There must be a £20 minimum spend if you would like a local delivery. If you are outside of these areas and would like a delivery, please contact us.
2. Courier or Royal Mail Delivery
We also offer courier and Royal Mail Delivery right across the UK & Ireland. There is no minimum spend for this service.
How long does shipping take?

Local NI Delivery
We deliver every Friday between 12 noon and 5pm. Fresh produce orders including cheeses, breads and hummus must be received by 5pm on Tuesday evenings prior to the Friday. All ambient orders however can be placed up to 7pm on Thursday and we will deliver on the Friday.
2. Courier or Royal Mail
Shipping will take between 3-5 business days.
Is there a minimum spend for the Friday local delivery across NI?
There is a minimum spend of £20 per order and the local delivery is to Randalstown, Portglenone, Magherafelt, Belfast, Dundonald, Holywood, Lisburn, Antrim and Ballymena areas. For all other orders outside of these areas, there is no minimum delivery spend as we will be posting via courier or Royal Mail.
I am stuck in work and cannot be home for the delivery. Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, just contact us and we will deliver to your place of work if you are based in the Belfast, Dundonald, Holywood, Lisburn, Antrim and Ballymena areas. We can even deliver to your place of work if it is within these areas.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay through all credit and debit cards and pay through PayPal if you wish.
Can I make changes to an order already placed?
Yes, just contact us and we can change your order as required, however all orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
We must advise, if your order is for fresh produce that has already been produced, we will not be able to change it. If you have any queries at any stage, please contact us.
Can you produce me a totally bespoke hamper or gift set, that is not on your online shop?
All of our hampers, food bundles and gift sets can be found on our Wholesome-NI online shop. However, it you would like a bespoke hamper or gift set made up, contact us.
I want to provide my work force with hampers and gift sets of Northern Ireland produce, have you the capacity to provide me with hampers or sets for a large number of people?
Yes, that would be no problem at all, just contact us with your requirements and we will do the rest.
I rent out self-catering accommodation and would like to use some of your products to provide for guests as a treat when they arrive, are you able to provide me?
Yes, we have a wide range of local products, both fresh (bread, hummus, etc) and longer life (oils, vinegars) all unique that are suitable for this.
I want to purchase local products from you, but you do not stock what I am after. Are you able to help me?
