Where are you located?

We are in Randalstown, Co. Antrim. 

We operate currently as an online business.

Where do your products come from?

We supply products from local artisans. If the product cannot be produced locally, we will use a local company to supply it. 

For example, Coffee, we use a Northern Ireland company that roasts and grinds coffee to supply us.

How do you ship your products?

We offer two delivery options.  

 

  1. Local NI Delivery

We do local delivery in Antrim town and Randalstown areas, and we use a courier for other deliveries across NI. We will deliver your order on Fridays between 12 noon and 5pm.  Fresh produce orders including cheeses, breads and hummus must be received by 5pm on Tuesday evenings prior to the Friday.  All ambient orders however can be placed up to 7pm on Wednesday and we will deliver on the Friday.  We do not deliver bread outside of Antrim town and Randalstown unless previously agreed with Wholesome-NI. 

   2. Courier or Royal Mail Delivery 

We also offer courier and Royal Mail Delivery right across the UK. There is no minimum spend for this service. Just advise us when you want it delivered and it'll be there that day before 1pm. 

How long does shipping take?

  1. Local NI Delivery

We deliver every Friday between 12 noon and 5pm.  Fresh produce orders including cheeses, breads and hummus must be received by 5pm on Tuesday evenings prior to the Friday.  All ambient orders however can be placed up to 7pm on Wednesday and we will deliver on the Friday. 

 

    2. Courier or Royal Mail 

We use Royal Mail guaranteed by 1pm the next day service. This service ensures your order arrives promptly and safely. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. 

     3. What if I am not available to receive my order? 

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery or collect it from your local post office. Please keep in mind that Wholesome-NI cannot be held responsible for any food spoilage due to delays in collecting or redelivering the parcel. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery on the expected day.  

 

Is there a minimum spend for the Friday local delivery across NI?

No minimum spend. We do not ship bread across NI. We only deliver the bread in Antrim and Randalstown areas.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay through all credit and debit cards and pay through PayPal if you wish. 

Can I make changes to an order already placed?

Yes, just contact us and we can change your order as required, however all orders cannot be cancelled once placed. 

We must advise, if your order is for fresh produce that has already been produced, we will not be able to change it.  If you have any queries at any stage, please contact us. 

 

 

Can you produce me a totally bespoke hamper or gift set, that is not on your online shop?

All of our hampers, food bundles and gift sets can be found on our Wholesome-NI online shop.  However, it you would like a bespoke hamper or gift set made up, contact us.

​                                                                                                                    I want to provide my work force with hampers and gift sets of Northern Ireland produce, have you the capacity to provide me with hampers or sets for a large number of people?

Yes, that would be no problem at all, just contact us with your requirements and we will do the rest.

I rent out self-catering accommodation and would like to use some of your products to provide for guests as a treat when they arrive, are you able to provide me?

Yes, we have a wide range of local products, both fresh (bread, hummus, etc) and longer life (oils, vinegars) all unique that are suitable for this.

 I want to purchase local products from you, but you do not stock what I am after. Are you able to help me?

Contact us with your needs and we will endeavour to help you.

I am a local producer, I would like to supply you. Are you open to new suppliers?

Yes, please contact us we would be delighted to hear from you.

What if I order something and you are actually out of stock of a particular item in my order.

We will always endeavour to ensure your order meets your request, on occasions we have maybe had to provide a different flavour of chocolate, or biscuit. We reserve the right to do this. Your replacement product will always be of the same quality and will be of equal or greater value to what you ordered.
