Made with Zac's Bakehouse Sourdough, local cheese from the Sperrin Mountains and Ballylisk in County Armagh, as well as Burren Balsamics Onion Jam gives you the perfect ingredients to make a local cheese toastie.

You can even add in some local Charcuterie from Corndale in Limavady and you are good to go. Ideal for a quick lunch, as a side for your soup, or a snack to keep you warm on a cold day, and every bit of it local to Northern Ireland.

(On occassions we may use charcuterie from Ispini, another award winning local producer).

Onion Jam (Burren Balsamic)

Charcuterie (Corndale Farm) Opional.
Sourdough: Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Rye Flour

Tirkeeran: Cow's Milk, Traditional Rennet, Sea Salt, Cultures

Banagher Bold: Cow's Milk, Rennet, Sea Salt, Cultures

Ballylisk Brie: Pasteurised Milk, Salt

Onion Jam: Sautéed onion (Onion, virgin Olive Oil) Sugar, Blackberry & Thyme Balsamic Vinegar, Spirit Vinegar, Red current juice concentrate, Salt, Gelling agent (Pectin).

Corndale Charcuterie: Pork, Salt, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Fennel, Dextrose, Nutmeg, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Ascorbate.
Wholesome-NI delivers locally every Friday between 12 noon & 5pm. Latest orders for a Friday are by 5pm every Tuesday if ordering fresh items such as cheeses, hummus and breads. Otherwise latest orders for ambient products will be 7pm every Wednesday.

Our local food deliveries (£3) are currently to the BT41 areas with £10 minimum spend. If you fall just outside of these areas, drop us an email and we will get back to you.

For all other areas in Northern Ireland we use a courier which will be delivered on the day of your choice (Mon - Fri).

For the rest of Ireland and the UK you can avail of our courier service which is 3-5 business days approximately.
