The bundle includes a pre-sliced charcuterie platter, featuring award-winning salamis and chorizos — ideal for easy entertaining.
 
You’ll receive 2 artisan cheeses, selected from outstanding Northern Ireland producers, including:
Ballylisk brie – single cream, triple cream, or delicately smoked
Sperrin Blue – rich and creamy, Gold winner at the Irish Food Awards
Tirkeeran – long-aged, extra hard, and perfect for cheeseboards or grating
Banagher Bold – ale-washed with gentle beer notes, Gold winner at the World Cheese Awards
 
Serving tip: allow cheeses to rest at room temperature for around one hour before serving to enhance flavour.
