Perfect for storing and serving your favourite cheeses, the bell creates its own climate for your cheese, ensuring proper humidity every time while allowing the cheeses to breath.
The Charcoal Grey Glaze of the bell is inspired by the grey skies and grey water of the Lough Neagh on a winter’s day. The bell was handcrafted on the shores of Lough Neagh.
Each cheese bell is hand-thrown and fired to Stoneware temperatures, ensuring durability and is suitable for hand washing and is dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe.
Each bell also comes with a natural beech wood serving cheese board, perfect for serving your cheeses and foods and suitable for use as a chopping board.

Dart Mountain Cheese is a traditional award-winning Northern Irish artisan cheese maker based in the Sperrin mountains, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Sperrin Blue Cheese is named after the mountain range where this cheese is from. This blue cheese is made from locally sourced fresh cows’ milk, and is hand made in small batches using traditional methods. It is then aged for up to 4 months to maximise flavour before release. Sperrin blue cheese is a semi soft, rich creamy pasteurised cow’s milk cheese with blue veining.

Tirkeeran Cheese is a superb Northern Ireland cheese, a long aged, extra hard, pasteurised cow’s milk cheese. A fantastic, unique, and delicious cheese suitable for any cheese board. The Tirkeeran cheese is also perfect for grating over pastas and risotto as a superb Northern Ireland alternative to Parmesan!
Banagher Bold Cheese is an ale washed cheese aged for 3 months minimum. Lovely and creamy with a hint of ale flavour. Winner of Gold at World Cheese Awards 2015. This handmade local cheese uses milk from grass-fed herds in the rugged Sperrin Mountains and is washed in beer from Northbound, a craft brewery based nearby in Derry city.
Named after the parish in which the creamery is located, the cheese is washed in Northbound’s number 26 craft beer and uses the local football team’s colours, the cheese is made from cow’s milk.
Superb chutney from Burren Balsamics of County Armagh, made using the most delicious infusions of fruit and herbs. A superb spiced balsamic bramley apple chutney that goes perfectly with cheese and cold meats, also great with roast pork to make a rich gravy.
Or the balsamic onion jam that also goes very well stirred into a gravy to add a rich flavour, is great in sandwiches and of course with the cheese in your Northern Ireland Food Bundle.
Dart mountain oat biscuits have been handcrafted in the Sperrin mountains using centuries old techniques, the oat biscuits are packed full of oats and are a must for any cheese board.
